We print everything to order, which means each item is made specifically for you.
Because of this, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for things like wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference.
That said — if something turns up damaged, incorrect, or clearly not right, we’ll fix it.
If there’s a manufacturing issue or your order arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery at reallyfunnytshirtstore@outlook.com with:
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A short description of what’s wrong
Once we’ve checked it, we’ll offer either:
A free replacement, or
A full refund
This is covered by our print partner’s guarantee, so you won’t be out of pocket.
Because all items are printed on demand, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size ordered
Change of mind
Customer errors (including personalisation mistakes)
Orders lost or returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided at checkout — in this case, only the product price will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We also don’t accept returns on:
Sale items
Gift cards
If you’re unsure about sizing before ordering, email us — it’s much easier to fix things before printing.
If your order is shipped to the EU, you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days.
However, because all our products are made to order, they fall under the custom-made exemption and aren’t eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Once an issue is confirmed, we’ll:
Approve your refund or replacement
Start processing it right away
Once your refund is approved, we'll process it promptly. Refunds are returned to your original payment method — please allow up to 10 business days, though your bank may take a little longer to show it.
If it’s been 15 business days and you haven’t seen your refund, email us at reallyfunnytshirtstore@outlook.com and we’ll check in.
