Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Because every item is printed to order specifically for you, we don't hold stock — so once your order is in production, we can't reverse it. We'd recommend double-checking you're happy with your choice before completing your purchase!

What if my item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

I ordered the wrong size — what can I do?

We're sadly unable to offer exchanges or refunds for sizing issues, so we strongly recommend checking our size guide before ordering. Every product page has sizing information — if you're ever unsure between two sizes, we'd suggest sizing up. We know it's frustrating, and we're sorry we can't do more here, but as a print-on-demand store, every item is made fresh for each order.

How do I contact you about an order problem?
